What materials are used for the keycaps?
We use high-quality PBT keycaps which is durable, and more resistant to wear than other materials.
What is dye Sublimation, and how does it work?
Dye sublimation is a printing process where ink is printed onto sublimation paper of film and then applied onto the keycaps/ mouse mat. The ink is then heated and becomes a gas, bonding to the material. This method ensures vibrant colours and durable prints that do not fade easily.
Can I create my own custom design?
Yes, of course! Using our design tool, you can submit your own design, using your own logo, artwork, and we will print on the key caps for you. We also have pre-made design templates if you don't know where to start.
Do you offer different keycap profiles?
Currently, we offer Cherry keycaps. However, we plan to include a range of profiles in the future, such as SA, DSA and OEM. Be sure to keep an eye out.
Are the keycaps compatible with all mechanical keyboard?
Our keycaps are designed to be compatible with most mechanical keyboards that use an MX style stem. Always double check your keyboard's compatibility or if you're unsure, contact us using the form at the bottom of the page
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How fast is your shipping?
We use Royal Mail 48 as standard and Royal Mail 24 for express orders.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Depending on the complexity and quantity of the design, our turnaround time is usually between 3-5 days plus shipping time for keycaps and 1-2 days for mouse mats.
